"A Little Rain Never Hurt Anybody"

So the Jones Campout was this last weekend, in the same old great place Memorial Park! Lots of fun seeing everyone,boating,games,fishing,Crafts...and of course eating Carmel corn!!! mmm(thanks Wendy, you always make the bests! shhhh) We have such a huge family from all over we don't get to see each other much so it is always fun to catch up! Dally had a blast at the lake and river swimming CONSTANTLY! and as you can see became quite the surfer! Found some snakes,and got food eaten by some coons! Such a fun time! well on Sunday at about 5:00 it starts to rain!!! like hard! we all were in the big cabin eating dinner and playing games! we soon hear this storm is going to be a good one...wind,hail and all that comes with so we just think hey what could happen, well soon enough we realise it is PORING! rain! my cousin comes in and is soaked saying some tents have collapsed! so they family is scrambling and before we knew it, it was 10:00 and the only people left out of something like 35 people is me,kay,mom,dad,trent,dally,josh,sharlynn-their babies,ryan and his girl!! haha we are the only ones who dared weather the storm i guess...me and kay were in our little four seasons tent and got pored on all night! but didn't get wet it was awesome! the next morning it was still poring so we left around 10:00! so fun i would never pass up sleeping in a tent in the rain,thunder and lightning...love it!
