"Body World 3"

Body World 3 is amazing! anyone who has not been, has to.we tried to get tickets for Friday and it was sold out!(they sell out fast) so then Shaun got us some for later, well because of confusion Kayson was gone and not able to come! which was a total bummer, because he would have loved it! so i didn't want to waste a ticket so i invited Teri to come. For those of you who have never heard of body world it is an exhibit with over 200 bodies and body part(those are real humans that have been preserved with plastic)Dr. Gunther von Hagens invented the technique for preserving biological tissue specimens called plastination. The water and fat are replaced by plastics, yielding specimens that can be touched, do not smell or decay, and even retain most microscopic properties of the original sample. These were so amazing, you see every body part with skin, without, and just with nerves! so cool, and believe me if you are scared it will be too graphic it is done in a very professional way i am one that people call "a weak stomach" and i had no problem! You see each organ, healthy ones and ones with diseases-which was awesome. animals and their bodies, and on and on. My favorite parts were learning about the heart, i never knew it could grow to be so big the more you exercise(like any other muscle) Lance Armstrong's heart was 30% larger than the average mans heart it was huge and beat like crazy even when resting that was cool, then the babies....so cool my favorite you got to see actual babies in tubes at each stage of their life up to 32 weeks! AMAZING! it was sort of sad knowing these were real babies that had passed but you just had to think about it differently. It was so amazing to me how fast they grow, in half a week they grow like crazy, loved it! and my third favorite was this body they has cut open of a three hundred pound lady, it was called obesity speaks! the fat on her body was taking over every organ and muscle in her body. Her heart was so little her pancreas and liver were so fatty and gross and her muscles were almost non-existent! so interesting. And all the people who smokes their ENTIRE body was filled with tar deposits!...brain,legs,hands,liver,lungs,heart everything..so sick...don't smoke!
OH MY I COULD GO ON AND ON...you all just need to go see it! so worth the twenty dollars! oh and hurry it leaves soon!
