"Fishing the Lower Provo...."

Last week Trent, Kay and myself fished the Provo! oh and it was an adventure, we get there and it was 3 degrees out side (which isn't too bad we have fished that before)but this was way colder than even west Yellowstone in December, but we step out of the car and the wind is blowing hard! oh man i thought (wind makes the cold like three times as cold) not to mention the sun had not come up yet and we were freezing! our eyelets were freezing up left and right, nets, waiters,flies, and faces were ice. Kay got some ice cycles going on his beard, poor Trent's face was purple and i had some many clothes on if i fell i could not get back up, and still was freezing. I few hours pass and still no luck! so with numb toes,hands, and face i head up to get warm at the car.soon i was ready to go back out and i get all my gear, and i notice it's all frozen! solid!! i mean can't even budge my shoes laces! so i campout in the car and Wait for the boys, and soon they come back..with huge grins on their faces. Trent got his first fish on a fly rod, on a fly he tied himself the night before! and caught another brown short after, and Kay finally got his two for the day! they were stoked! we were so happy we could get Trent on his first fish, so it was a good day!
