"Forever Young.."

A year has to have a song...right? well here it is...

With the dawn of a new year, I have spent a decent amount of time the past few days thinking about resolutions and most of all our goals for 2010 and beyond. But i can't help but think about how FUN our 2009 was...
The last year sure was a WAY fun year for Kay and I and all together a huge year.. we flew on more than 17 planes this year, visited several places we had never been, Caught an insane amount of fish and truly made Kayson's "Dreams come true",Ifly Sky Dived,laughed until we peed, Both grew in ways we didn't know we needed to grow, Added an addition to our family,(end of 08)..Graduated!!!,Walked for two great causes,Cried over things we couldn't change,Found out we really love being home..almost as much as traveling,Realized how much Kayson's ears HATE salt,Worried about others,Started a sweet quilt,Survived the "bad economy" with only minor bumps and scratches, Almost lost two people we adore,and much MUCH more! we did...more growing than we thought we were capable of.
And we like to think...became only that much better. Better aunt, brother,daughter,grandson, and wife.
We can't wait to see what awesomlycrazy changes are in for us this next year. we have a feeling this year is going to be full of CHANGE! for the better..scary but good! So as we search for our "home",start new jobs?,plan for the future and even step into the unknown of major life changes... I can only hope it is just as fun and full of laughter and love as this year was!
So as I continue to use lots of incorrect punctuation,cheesy posts, and post entirely too many pictures on our blog, I secretly hope that you all stick around for the year to come, because I'm pretty sure it is going to be a crazy 2010 ride!
