Had my first scary Mommy moment today. Kay jumped out of the car to go grab something in his grandparents house, i was in the car with Dally and Easton. Easton started to whine, so i jumped out of the car and tried to open his door to see what was wrong, it was locked (my car doors lock if you go faster than 10mph and the car was still running so they had not unlocked yet) so i open my door and push the "unlock button" as i push down on the top part of the button my finger slips and pushes down..yeah to the lock button! and before i know it and or i realize what had just happened my door is shut, car running,music playing,Baby crying,dog inside..and two parents OUTSIDE! OH.MY.CRAP. i had a small heart attack right there in the driveway a mini melt down, Kay looked at me as though i had just cut off his arm. "You didn't he said". He pulled on the drivers door, i pulled on my door, i pulled on Eastons door..LOCKED! (mind you i also have NO spare key) Kay was about to dial dispatch,tears were whelling up in my eyes. I said a fast prayer in my head, took a deep breath...walked around to the other side of the car and pulled on the door, it OPENED, how i have no idea! all i know is i was sweating, and this my friends is what you call a LOCKED CAR MIRACLE!!!!!
