"Once Agian..........What The?"

I was driving home from school the other day on the freeway and this car flies past me and this is what i saw! what the...are people thinking really, there were three dogs in that kennel on the top and many more in the back seat and kennels in the back! the one's on top looked freaked! i would do doing 85 on the freeway in a plastic box! eeeek that lady is crazy...well i guess so am i for having to get a picture of it while driving! crazy people!
