"HAPPY..New Year.'

Got a email that made me happy, had to share.
If you must make a resolution, start with one of these. Because the biggest word in 'Happy New Year' should be happy. So i am going try to make myself and others Happy this next year.
Not to just stop eating chocolate cake, make a better resolution.

Be more reliable and faithful to all those around you, maybe you might just receive it back?
Donate to a cause.
Try for one month to only buy the necessities, see if there is anything you could do without?!
Tell your kids why you love them, not just that you love them.
Try new foods, drinks, and learn about another culture, you probably will find them FAR more interesting than you even thought.
Ask a new Mom if you could bring them lunch one day.
Moe your neighbors lawn when they are out of town.
Leave your coupon you won't use next to the product for someone else to find and use.
Visit you grandparents more, ask them about their life, not talk about yours.
Say I love you to everyone, why is everyone so scared to say i love you?
Get the things out of your closet that you don't wear. Take them to Goodwill, don't throw them out!
Frame pictures of people and things that make you happy.
Thank someone in uniform.
Go 24 hours without the Internet.
Increase your relationship with your god.
Find a new recipes , and actually make them more than once.
Wear your seat belt, ALL the time, remind those who don't
Buy something in a new color you don't normally buy, it's good to switch it up.
Eat somewhere across town, somewhere you have never been.
Notice something new about someone.
Make sure you are an organ donor
If you park at the grocery store and there is someone packing their groceries in their car, help them then take their cart into the store to use.
Make a list of all your favorite old movies and watch them.
Buy flowers for someone for no reason and drop it off on their doorstep
Change your morning routine every once and a while, i hear it's good for your brain!
Call an old friend.
Make a CD or playlist of the music you loved in high school.
Take photos of everything around you on a "average" day, there aren't many photos of days that are not special events and are those not the days you forget the easiest but are the most special?
Find one thing you don't understand and learn about it.
Stop texting while driving.
Buy new music. Listen to lots of music.
Pick one negative thing you think about yourself or others and stop it.
Relax about the little things.
Use Saturday mornings to relax, they don't need to be a day just to clean.
Stop using made-up words, and slang cuss words, its annoying.
Vow to look at the cellphone, cable bills and figure out why it costs that much, and try to change it.
Vow not to miss one birthday all year, at least a text.
Deal with what holds you back.
Smile at strangers, it makes them feel good and you.
If you never apologize, learn to do it well. If you apologize too often, learn to stop.
Buy from the "reject" fruit and veggie pile at the store
Try re-using things for other purposes, decrease your waste.
Send  thank-you notes!
Take a different way to work.
Write a love letter.
Oh  and.. Eat better, exercise more.
