July was CRAZY we literally were gone every single weekend!! Fist i had girls camp which was SO much fun i loved being up at beautiful zarahemla with all our wards beautiful young girls!! forgot how much fun Girls camp is!! our girls are so inspiring and i got so much more from them than them from me! Like i said a few posts back..i had hundreds of amazing pictures that Costco lost..boo to them! So no pics for my trip! But the nest week Kayson went on his Scout 50 miler. He had been SO excited to go on this trip and was so looking forward to teaching the boys how to fly fish and just be in the wild above Kamas.
The crew 1st day
Kayson just took our hammock to sleep in..13 feet in the air! ha ha
Kayson taught all the boys how to fly fish and he loved it! he caught lots of cutthroats and even got a greyling!!! such beautiful Finn's and fish! The boys on the last day! there were some blisters and forgotten food, and too heavy of bags, but none of them complained and Kay said he was very impressed!
So from end of May until now Aug Kayson and us sometimes have been going up almost every week to check cameras and gear. There are THOUSANDS of trail cam pictures! i kinda got a head ache looking through them trying to choose, so these might not be the best ones but..we have seen LOTS of big bulls, moose,big bucks,mountain lions, deer, and ever (above) a bunch of bears. The one above had three tiny little cubs!
So we are so excited for the hunt to start in a few weeks,and although i will be a true HUNTING WIDOW i am excited for Kayson and just hope these big guys stick around and he can snag one sooner than later!
