So Kay went to the Health fair today for work...he found out he has very low cholesterol, perfect glucose, and pretty much is in perfect health, and last but not least...he found out he has 8% BODY FAT! eight percent that is like one of my boobs! i swear this kid eats like crazy...i do feed him good healthy meals...the nurse says to him...your close to Malnourished percent...go eat a cheese Berger! now how not fair is that he eats so much! he is 6'5 and weights 180! he is sooo skinny! haha i swear those Gines's live forever and now i know why! Kayson can be asleep and i feel his heart beat and it is just a going...fast metabolism! any ways Not fair ha? I PROMISE SHAUN..I DO FEED HIM!
