"18 Months..and a BIG BOY!"

First i have to start by saying i shed a tear when our Baby was old enough for nursery, really it's like a really big deal right!? Kay said he was so excited because he is the one that paces the halls entertaining Easton all hours of Church..but when it came down to it he was a softy too! The first day of nursery Kay and i both were a little nervous to see what he would do. We knew he loved to play with others and although attached to us he does really good leaving us. So we nervously walk into the room and get him started coloring (With all girls in his class, of course) and we walk out. He didn't cry, didn't even seem to care at all. We watched from the window and i kind for a second although relived he didn't cry was kinda sad he wasn't sad to see me go!! Kay was a softy too...the teacher said Kay came to "Check on him" several times in the two hours..and he still does to this day. Cute Dad!
So i have to say that once i got to about 30 weeks pregnant and started to realize this new baby was coming sooner than later i really started to think about Easton and think about this maybe being our last time doing this together alone, or am i pursing him to be big too soon, or will he get enough attention with a new baby, so many questions...and although Easton is i swear doubling in size by the day! Talking up a storm, saying his favorites "go" "no" "dal (dally) "Momma" "Dad" "this" "thankyou" "bye" and much much more. understanding all we say and following directions, knows his animals and numbers so good, doing puzzles, dancing, singing, just doing SO many "BIG" things yet there are days when i look at him and think..you are still so little!
I hope that even though we have #2 coming i hope i can still allow East to have his time, to not rush him into being so big and expecting him to do certain things just because there is a new baby now!
Love love loves his Dad and can never be close enough..
Gotten OS many teeth, what seems like all at once
