"Christmas 2012"

Christmas this year was amazing as always, i just love this season and don't know how anyone could not love it! Although this winter has been a tad of a downer. First it hadn't really snowed at all before Christmas, thankfully it did the day before so we could have a white Christmas! But now we are cursing ourselves because we have had over 5 BIG snow storms, two ice storms (Which Utah is not used to)the worst inversion we have had in years (Worse than bejing China) and the "Worst sickness season they have seen in decades" Everyone you know has had the flu, cold, namonia, you name it everyone has had it! Thankfully our family has been in the clear. We got colds in the start of December and although they lasted a few weeks we were fine. I have been SO scared to bring home a new baby with all this nasty air, sicknesses, and people dying from the flu! they say the air is so bad pregnant women should not even be outside!and newborns are getting flu shots!! it's crazy! Kay says i "better get your mind right, because once that baby is here we are not leaving the house" ha ha he cracks me up! Anyways back to Christmas, it was wonderful! Easton is at the perfect age to love it, everything was "OH WOW" OR "OH..." IT WAS SO CUTE! he loved the lights and everywhere we would go he would say "OHHHH WOOOOWW" He was spoiled rotten and has SO many toys now!!

Ice storm..this is our lawn, the snow froze and turned it into an ice skating rink!

So cold! Kayson has been SO busy at work doing freeze up after freeze up with all these sub freezing temps! great for overtime though we hate we don't see him!

Easton HATED Santa this year! Although to his credit this Walmart Santa sitting on a thrown of Soda (what is our world coming to?) was creepy!

Cookie night was a blast and i FINALLY mastered my "perfect sugar cookie recipe"
